SP <$1 currently not accounting for extra share dip

Another diltion coming by EOM it looks like with poor management once again, sell off coming from from todays pathetic CC.

So this amazing CEO has brought us about 85% less value (but he's raked in $6 mil plus for all that effort)..........I think we are using Democratic spin to say how good of a CEO we have.........or flat out lying to ourselves

Holysh...........,  well it was written all over here for a long time!!!  They, the BOD, are there for only one reason, their paycheque!! Look at the chart for over 5 years and you know they did a horrible job. And they were and are liars because for how many years now are the saying they are in negotiations with potential partners???? Did anyone expected another scenario? Yes, the writting was on the wall for a very long time. And for the shareholders who didn't have the honesty to vote against 1 or 2 members of the BoD to help them assume their fiduciary responsibilities, well, you and all the other "Believers", got what you were asking for... $5m in R&D costs savings?
