Having to resort to this is a shame and it's on the back of a badly executed pause.  Badly because a pause in somthing worthless should'nt cost you half of your market value in the first place.  Everything they do is executed like if the companies communication was runned by mentally challenged people.

Now I like the Neutral mention for shareholders.  I understand this perfectly but psychology 101 and history  tells me it opens up the door to more downside.  Prove me wrong Th's BOD... They are probably preparing their excuses for the next meeting.

This Great Management will dilute again so they can keep the "shop" open and have their monthly dollars for another few years!!!!  Existing shareholders are ruined......... Disgusting!!!

It should be neutral.  I've never had the experience of it being neutral.  Another negative press release.  Interesting they only did a 4:1.  Keeping it out of reach for big boys.  Probably a good strategy for now.  I don't pay quite as close attention anymore, but I think I've seen a couple of notices haulting shorting of THTX.

It's typically a pretty bearish indicator. You can find positive examples of a reverse stock split working a la Citigroup, but in the context of THTX so far it's definitely a bearish sign. It certainly doesn't provide any real reassurance that they think the stock price will be meaningfully higher before they potentially could be delisted. The only way this works well for them is if

The trial pause and subsequent silence for the months after the pause created a significantly much larger market cap drop that what was warranted. Reason it stayed and got worse was lack of initiatives in keeping the market in the loop.  Let's see going forward.
