The CEO took a massive risk going it the way of a R&D company!
They barely earned enough money from their 2 drugs and had no cash nor partners. He diluted with a terrible OO and after that took a loan on terrible conditions!
He would be a hero now if oncology was a succes but unfortunately it doesn't work that easy. Look at the many companies in oncology, costly trials/long duration.
He had 0 risk, earned his money and will silently disappear to get another "job".

Well said... unfortunate we don't have Luc at the moment because this is the time cut cut cut and manage tight... not spend spend spend and hire hire hire. There is a story about the grasshoper and the ant...

I get the feeling he won't be missed and Dubuc will fill his shoes for a couple of months until they merge with another biopharma that has a decent CEO already.... end of the story.

Unless that magically Th1902 gains recognition between now and 2024... that's a big IF....
