If there ever was a time to call a special meeting this is it.  All R&D expenses must stop and not continue until a partner is found and is willing to fund them going forward.  All but core staff must be let go and executive compensation slashed dramatically. 

7. Special General Meeting Called at the Request of Shareholders. It shall be incumbent upon the Board of Directors to call a special general meeting of shareholders whenever required in writing to do so by the shareholders holding no less than one-tenth of the issued shares of the Company of the class or classes that, at the date of the request, carry the right to vote at the meeting so requested. The request shall indicate the purposes of the upcoming meeting, the business of which shall lie within the competence of a general meeting of the shareholders. If the meeting is not called and held within 21 days from the date upon which the request for the meeting was deposited at the head office of the Company to the attention of the Secretary, every shareholder, whether or not it signed the request, holding not less than one-tenth of the issued shares of the Company carrying the right to vote at the meeting requested may itself convene such special general meeting.

I see no purpose for this meeting whatsoever. What are you going to ask? To get confidential info? If you have a question, email them directly via IR.

Fix the credibility by getting someone as CEO and on the board that can change the perception.  Nothing they will do will change that. They are past that now.

Difficult to comprehend the benefit of selling at 35 cents usd or 45 cdn.  I mean this was 3$ with same thing last year. Sales are the same, dept is the same, pipeline is still active.  It's absurd really.  Going this long without having institutional support is weird.

The last shoe to drop will be declining legacy drugs sales. Some insiders must know this and it would explain the present implosion of the stock price. No unlike you I think this is way overblown and that everything will stabilize soon.  Sales are growing and last quarter was a non- recurrent event.  th1902 has 50% chance to blow off expectations.  They need like a couple millions to fix the ongoing concern drama.  Institutions will buy with a vengeance before long.  Keeping the faith.
