That would be the most incredibly stupid thing that they could possibly ever think of doing. They should be able to sell a program per country if things look good. Selling the whole thing would be completely ridiculous.

I invested in the program and company not to just save their jobs so that they can sell it. That would be the only way they would ever do it. So that Paul can make his $2 million per year while somebody else gets rich if it works. If it doesn't work, they can dial it down, cut costs and still make money. Selling it would be ridiculous.

THTX does not have the financial means nor the expertise to carry this program ... If they are able to find a buyer and get an upfront payment and milestone payments and a double digit royalty that would be FANTASTIC Surprising that you cant see that

I disagree with that approach to monetization.  One single payment can spool up an entire R&D lab which could be further funded by other partnerships. I'm surprised you don't see that.

I should add that a substantial upfront payment is very unlikely  and would be considered a windfall based on what is in the public domain.......Moreover finding a  partner with deep pocket is still a big challenge again based on what we know I said many times before that going solo is NOT an option....Partnering is a must

Theratechnologies is either a research company, which is an extension of the university or it’s what we have been told which is a company that has hired their own Salesforce to pick up new products and to push forward on the development of existing products and to execute on partnering opportunities with TH1902 and the sort1 platform.    Never once have I been told that it is an

Assuming Zwick was recruited to smear some (maybe lots) of lipstick on our pig, then what is our little swine worth when the gavel is dropped at a livestock auction? There have been several examples on this board of somewhat comparable buyouts mentioned that went for billions, so what would our little piggy fetch at market as of today or after maybe just meh TH1902 results, or drumroll please
