RE: RE: Drilling in South America the way I understand it EEN has some cash and cash flow but it is needed to balance out their debt repayment schedule. They have been spending money refurbishing and retrofitting the larger drill rigs which they bought as part of the two recent aquisitions they made. Estrella is now trading at a large discount to the value of these hard assets and maybe discouraged shareholders could be persuaded to sell out at some unknown price below the book value ($.55 per share.) I own shares in both TID and EEN but I think EEn is even more discounted right now than TID is --- though both companies seem like excellent value right now. Cheers. tower23.
