FITCH downgraded TID to B-I guess this must be the reason why the typical clueless retail investor sells along with the Q3 announcement. They tremble , they fear like they can not see AHEAD and all TID has said during the CC and the previous quarters.
S&P also downgraded TID some weeks ago but TID does NOT have BONDS.
Neither S&P nor FITCH look FORWARD, they judged TID based on OLD INFORMATION.
I am just DISGUSTED by the retail investor.
STUPIDITY IS UNBEATABLE.
