do you read any of the information. they have already said that they have advised their lenders that they will not be able to make the interest payment in December. they already did not make the interest payment in September. so i will put it in idiot language. the lenders said it was ok.
the reason the lenders said it was ok was because they are aware and suppot the re-structuring and will re-finance the debt.
the re-structuring was part of the re-financing agreement.
