Credit Suisse has agreed to leave on the breathing machine for an extended period of time as Walter and this consultant get to work. Obviously shareholders are of little importance to CS, who is primary to any shareholder, and thus Walter must work in their favor first. Walter does have importance and CS knows this; CS does not operate rigs nor do they want to. They want Walter to do his job and build value so CS can get paid. If they pull the plug on Walter they likely will get stuck with a bunch of rigs at zero UT that must be sold at auction.
