However, making the first payment on the debt may give them an opportunity to issue a news release and justify them commenting on the falling share price of late and any reasons that they know about or don't know about.
I am not ruling out a large private shareholder selling off thru CIBC lately. Feels more like a retailor than an institution (chunky sales instead of the consteant dribble of automated selling).
