RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Can't wait to know what's going on...yes, agree, but not enough to cause this kind of delay. the only thing i can think of is if they signed a long term exclusive contract with GTE to make use of their rigs in Colombia and Brazil.  i can see something like this.  ecuador will be fully utilized because of the amazon project to start by PetroAmazonas.  this will put all their rigs to use and yes this may cause this kind of delay.
