I think discussion is good and you are a good part of that discussion because you are trying to take the emotion out of it and you are looking for more information of what to expect. So far your expectations have been smack dead on. Any posters promoting fear and inciting panick should be put on ignore. Be on the lookout for any level headed criticism though, there usually are a few. They will present the downside in non-emotional terms. Every investor has to consider the upside and the downside and make their own decision onhow to proceed.
I don't think we need to hear from Wlter or will hear from Walter on Monday. The news release is what Walter has to say officially at this point. I expect on Monday the trading will be resumed for the open. The market will sort out whether they think this is positive or negative news. I see it as a positive step and I am happy with the short timelines for the first part of the story. Chapter 11 with a DIP should be the next step sometime later next week.
