RE:RE:Tuscany International Files Bankruptcy on Low Rig UseI don't know why we are being kept in the dark. We were suppose to have recieved $18MM a couple of weeks ago fro the sale of the Colombian rigs. Also, $6.5 from PetroAmazonas. Where did this money go to? Last PR they were talking about a DIP facility with existing creditors. Now they are requesting the bankruptcy judge allow them to borrow $35MM to carry them through this re-org. Where the f*$% did the rest of the money go.
