Helkaa declaration paragraph 32 says that they anticipate selling the assets through a TBD bidding procedure. Sounds like a firesale approach - it is BS and calculated to reduced the results and the recovery from the sale. Needs to be orderly and calculated to drive a reasonably good result for the debtors AND the shareholders.
