OTC, very intriguing commentary re SC supposed business practices. If true i wonder if the practice is predatory and consequently illegal. Big banks are settling major league law suits based on illegal business practices (although i guess they settle to avoid be so publicly branded). It would be very interesting to find out if CS was trading TID down. Is it possible aside from bankruptcy and ASC/OSC action we have action potential against CS??? PS please ensure the committee is very careful with its public communication on this MB, it seems we are being watched. PPS if i remember correctly Niko resources made a public "going concern" notice during a CC, which cratered the price of the stock (but was the proper legal thing to do) and i don't remember TID ever making that kind of statement, question is did they have a legal obligation to??
