RE:If this page goes off lineFB, the creation of an Equity Committee by the UST is tremendously positive news. the fight for justice for the retail shareholder (of which there are a lot) has begun for real. elbowing our way into the cozy club of insiders and CS is simply outstanding, we weren't wanted by them, we have been mistreated by them and now with the proper legal authority afforded us by the courts we will gain our just due. i suspect the "cozy club" will do everything in their power to deny us and i can't wait till the courts make their first direct order to them which i suspect will come quick when they refuse to provide the basic information requested of them by the EC... then i forsee court orders of misconduct by them then.....any lawyers in the house who can comment of likely things to occur and how messy this will get??? ps i suspect somewhere there is incriminating information there always is the challenge is to get it.
