euclid, this is standard operating procedure..best i can tell TID insiders and CS had this pretty much all planned and ready to go when they filed.. stalking horse is the lowest of lowball bids and i wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be the only bid...stalking horse is just the trustee has a 100% certain bid to buy the company at a price agreeable to CS.. the clock is ticking and IMO barring any glaring events will end on schedule.. then us wealth destroyed shareholders will move to step 2...i see this a a Sino Forest kinda of affair (just change out forests in China with rigs in Brazil)
