better for the TID to go bankrupt?

is it better for the company to just simply liquidate all its assets and repay the net proceeds to shareholders?  sounds like it is so cheap that there is upside even if TID goes bankrupt.  here is an interesting article.

so is it true that there is money to be made even if this company goes bankrupt at these price level? cuz the net tangible book value is higher than the current share price
