Got to be legal documents

If those documents were bad news, they wouldn't wait to announce Q3. You don't wait for bad news. Those documents must be legal in nature : sales of assets (heli-rigs), refinancing, etc.

True.  I also think docs must be good news and this is why they are holding back to try to include this pertinent information in the third quarter. What i think:  I think they already got paid from the job they did in Ecuador so it could be one of the following: 1.  They have won the HRT case and are waiting to sign off on insurance documents in order to get paid.  Insurance ...more

I wonder... coud they just be waiting for the financial papers to be delivered by their auditors ? Naaa, i guess not.
