So Rivergreen. How was the COO so bad?

Was it him that led to the poor business dealings and bad contracts?  Cant be just one dude in all this mess.  I still believe Walter catches the final buck.  Love to know more info.  One thing is true. I know they pitched drilling deals and took in junk contracts from high leveraged oil companies to make book. Now they cant get paid.  ITS GOOD TO BE A LITTLE CHEAPER IN THE PATCH TO GET DEALS.  BUT A CRAPPYYY DEAL IS A CRAPPY DEAL..  HENCE HRT  HRT HRT..  Does Nabors have to go sue to get paid?  No.  So why did Walter make a deal in Houston on big long term pay contracts for COO and the other gfuy last year and now its all over.  ?  Why Why Walter? Have these contracts been setteled?  Whos running South America?

Yes, ultimately the responsibility lies with Walter for appointing an unqualified COO, and he admits that, I see you Never listened to the CC, or did you?!! TID will receive 75-80% of all money owed to them as well as the law suit awarded to them!!!
