and now they have 109 millions shares in their hands . IMO they will try to push the SP up to sell them and get some fresh money to  reduce debt or maybe they will negociate with a new important shareholder,  the delisting problem will no longer exist,   the balance sheet is better, business as all we know is good in south america  and TID is more attractive for a buyout ...more
