I agree with Sherbrooke1. You guys are doing a good job collecting names and information, but if you want to really get anywhere you need professional advice otherwise you will just be ignored. Proper documents and objections are going to have to be filed and so forth. Needs an expert. When hiring a lawyer remember this dictum "He may be an a$$hole, but he's our a$$hole!" No
