"The investigation confirmed and the Respondents admit that they acted contrary to the public interest"

How much it costed him to settle?: 25,000.00 ...yeah, that's it, 25 grands and you are all settled.

The guys at the Alberta Securities Commission better do a better job this time, banning Walter for (what is left of his) life would be a good start....
