Class Action Details
Being new to a Class Action suit process - I would like to know if settlements or awards go to the "plaintiffs of record in the suit" or do all of the shareholders participate in pro-rata form in the settlement. IOW - is Walter Dawson and co. also a potential benefactor of our efforts as shareholders?

Rennsport, Walter is a common shareholder. The irony is that he would likely benefit from our actions. We all wish that he would not, but he still has shareholder rights. We'll check this out with counsel. Thanks

Thanks FullBlast, I was just considering settlement dilution based on applicable shares. I guess Walter et al may be in a win-win position between the new arrangements with CS in this Chapter 11 restructuring AND our case against them. Either way it would appear he could net out several millions from this situation.
