last chance

Include me with 688900 shares. What a brutal beating!! Average price 34.7 cents per share.
I was a shareholder in Saxon energy and made good money with Walter and bought in happily
when he started Tuscany. I caution all that he may have declared bankrupty in order to save the
company- remember he is a huge shareholder. Money does not flow rapidly when you sell parts
of you're company and he may have needed time to hold off creditors in order to put these funds
in place. I just hope that when we find out in march what is the real situation that we will call off
the lawyers if the company is restructued and we are not wiped out as shareholders.
Good luck to all and thank you for all your efforts.
I will contribute to the pot $400.00

Be sure to forward your info to onethecase by using the envelope icon on the orange bar at the top. Please spread the word of our efforts to any other investors you may know of, there is strength in numbers and ours continues to grow everyday.
