Khaledb is right. Although posting here has always been a risk, it was necessary for us to organise. There is not much being said here anymore, as we have moved somewhere else. The other side's position is getting weaker. They are getting desperate and will argue anything.

We have always been aware that SH was an open forum and subject to TID's monitoring. We have posted nothing that was not the truth, and openly available to scutiny by anyone before and in the future. Without this BB, none of what has been accomplished to date would have been possible. Open and honest disclosure is what we seek in this action and it is the way in which we continue to proceed

ttibsen;  It won't help to vent your frustration here.  If you have been following this board and, according to those most optimisic, there is a chance that ""TID- will- continue- business- and- work- out- of- this- while- using- chapter-11"" as an operations stall tactic to allow things to equalize, but we are not at all confident, hence the equity committee
