Good question. I'd like to know too. Also interested to know what the "class" will be defined as. Any lawsuit would have to allege misrepresentation. In January the company announced that it needed to restructure and that would involve bankruptcy proceedings. That is exactly what occured. That may be the first honest press release the company ever made. So there can be no claim of

yes.  but i purchased my shares way before january.  remember late last year, they were telling us that the re-structuring was going as planned.
