RE: political correctnessI think what really annoys people who have made their way in the world...having to leave home and friends and go off to a strange place to make a life...you know these people..they are from all parts of Canada and the rest of the world.They had hard times and were sometimes treated very badly by others. No one is forcing natives to stay on their depressing sad go nowhere reservations...they can go to University for free..they have every opportunity the rest of us have.The whole woe is me... cry me a river thing is really old. I left home and didn't go back for 4 years...missed my grandmothers funeral...forgive me if I'm not that sympathetic to natives get caught up in some self-pity rut.
