RE:RE:RE:Acquisition TargetKW: You missed my main point. It starts with the upside potential (NPV, other potential pojects, etc). If mgmt is doing a lousy job, the share price will underestimate (or not reflect) the upside potential. A good mgmt team with a good asset will have a higher share price and require a higher premium (and all-in price) to acquire it. In that regards, if big CU companies like TKO's mining assets and perceive the mgmt team underperforming, resulting in a lower share price, they could probably buy TKO at a cheaper price.
That being said, I haven't been a shareholder long enough to make a judgement about TKO's mgmt.
