Reality with NCU is that bad actors are involved pertaining to ownership of the asset. Somebody will eventually make money when the asset finally gets up and running. Problem is that something along the lines of yet another reverse split is likely in the cards there. Not until all of the suckers are bled out of all their hope funds are depleted will the ultimate moneymakers arrive. Those will be the people behind the scenes wheeling and dealing for the final funding solution the asset will need to get where it's fully functional. Just a thought.
