ncu

had another big shakeup. New ceo and a change of another director.

Sp was 50% lower than when initial restructure was done. I was scratching my head trying 2 figure if I should swing some tko over. I had already swung my multiple 6 figure ncu position to a dime. So while I was thinking about the swing someone bought all the dime and half pennies.

I think we need 2 start swing traders annonomous on here. Miner would have to devulge his cell number and b available 24/7.

Anyways, I got tgrough this crises on my own:))

Happy guessing.

Why does NCU keep the revolving door spinning?  Who is making these decisions?
Comment by minigoon on Oct 16, 2020 1:46pm
Why are we even discussing NCU on a TKO board ?
Comment by Notgnu on Jan 15, 2021 5:19pm
WHY? because since mid / late october NCU is up almost 100% and TKO is up about 10% in the same time frame... so I guess it was about offering other opportunities to TKO shareholders 3 months ago...  But now that you are sitting on a pile - O - cash, well, welcome to NCU... High probability of a 200% return in 6 to 12 months N

With all due respect, I never liked NCU. When first asked opinion on them, I looked at their number of shares outstanding and overall scenario at that time and ran for the hills. It was at 13.5 cents US then a few months back. I wish them and all their investors well of course, just not my cup of tea. The Taseko share float at roughly 242M shares with current projects and pipeline remains looking ...more

I do not have a problem discussing NCU on this board for a couple of reasons. 1. The discussion on this board re Yellowhead prior to the TKO buy out was relevant and instructive. 2. It is worthwhile to compare valuations of other companies to understand how undervalued TKO is. I value nofluffs opinion and as such I had a look at ncu. With only a 200 million difference in market cap I cannot ...more

NCU has 1.4 BILLION shares.  That is a HUGE red flag.  Any time the share count of a small mining stock gets above 250 million, it is a sign of a dilution machine scam.  Avoid these stock printing scams like the plague.

All good comments on ncu. They answered minis q as 2 why we speak about ncu. They r a ev range away from florence. We compared cmmc on many ocassions. Everyone has there ideas on stuff.  One thing I am certain of is that share numbers mean nothing. Debt plus share mc is what market values corp.  I guess mini could not get my humour of swing traders anonomous:)) I think one comment ...more

nofluff, ignore share count at your own risk.  You have probably not been investing in mining stocks very long.  I have been following the sector for decades.  I can tell you WITHOUT A DOUBT, small mining stocks with share counts above the 250 million range fail their investors at a much higher rate.  These dilution machine mining stocks are just not designed to be successful.& ...more

Hey alf!! u r funny:)) Ncu can not attract institutional investment? U obviously just want to promote your own grander. Palla investments and one otger institution own 80% of ncu. There r very few mas and pops like me. This is all about palla. They now have there own people running the show. I have not just been following the sector for decades, but orobably have more invested in the sector than ...more

All that said. My speaking of ncu is not 2 sell ncu shares. But to add some spice to the board. Some appreciate some do not.  ns

nofluff, the only reason those "institutions" hold NCU shares is because they have no one to sell them to.  Those are not really even real institutions.  I am talking about real money from real institutions like mutual funds.  A real fund manager would not touch a joke of a stock like NCU.  Any self respecting investor would not touch NCU either.  You apparently ...more

That is an opinion alf. But just a bunch of inaccurate words. Ncu had timed it perfect. Copper was recovering and great asset was starting 2 hoist ore. With high copper price the model would have worked. I did not like the small plan. So 40 cents was not even a consideration for me. Covid hit and mine shut. Palla was main debt holder. They could have foreclosed and taken the mine private. Instead ...more
