I don't think anyone is saying they're sitting on the permit. Rather, they may have been givin a heads up from the EPA. I have doubted that all along and continue to believe they remain at the whim of a governmental agency that doesn't give a hoot about what they want. Governmental agencies flat out blow azz. Yes NF, Taseko management has blown plenty of smoke in the past. Still, it's hard to blame them for the actions, or inactions, of others. They have been steadfast in their statements about not seeing any difficulties in obtaining the permit and I actually believe that to be true. If copper pulls back before the permit is issued and the share price retreats under $1.80 US, a significant buying
