Speculation

Until something is concrete, it's all speculation. What seems like an amazing coincedence is the 50Million unused available creditline has been upped by 30M if needed???

The other thing of amazing notice is our insider group is loading up with TKO shares and also exercising their options at $2.38, and those shares will eventually hit the market at what price???

There's a couple of posters on here that are speculating in the negative, take it easy boys, until you know what you talking about, spreading rumours is plain nasty!

Lots of insider activity.  Almost all buying.  Hmm.  Something is going on.

So let's speculate.  If Solitz is claiming a $49 m loss then what would the sales price be?  I think their 12.5% cost them somewhere between $70 and 90 m originally.  So the sales cost would be somewhere between $20 and $40 million.  Very similar to the increase in the line of credit. 120 million pounds per year at Gib.  That is an extra 15 million pounds per year ...more

ok jc i will humor u.... how you get at the purchase price of arounf 30 million is nonsense, however it would imply that gibralter is worth about 259 million ish... so a buck a share....   it might b a bit high but sure I agree with that..... where you are totally niave is the payback.... gibralter curently does not make money.... they are break even at best.... so 75 percent of nothing ...more

That was a thought in my head jc. So 30 million makes 10 cent u.s. insitiu value.  That means gib is valued at about 1.30 cad per share for gib. Flor and the rest about 1.00. minus.  Mr. market will decide. nf

It sounded like Sojitz is pissed they were no included in Florence. Or the bad blood was already happening that's why they were not part of Florence.

Soljitz is just trying to give a reason why they sold so cheap.   It's saving face.  I see this as a good deal for TKO. Sounds like the top price is decided, it's just the payback terms still in talks. I would put the screws to them for those comments.

I think the timing was right. Soljitz made so much money last year, they already wrote the loss off last q, to save on tax. Florence metal has to stay in the u.s. Soljitz does not operate in u.s. Gib has been a 3 year boondogle. Stu did not deny soljitz reasoning. If florence gets permited tko can meet any gib liabilities. If it does not get permitted, then they need high metals price. The metals ...more

Man, you are one extreme or another on this company.  It looks to me like they are adding $25 million per year to the bottom line for about $30 million at very favorable terms.   And insiders are buying it up. Insiders sell for all kinds of silly reasons.  Insiders buy for one primary reason.

I really don't care about what Fluff buys and sells and for how much.  That is his business and it shouldn't impact me.  Arguing about that stuff is pointless. However, criticizing mgmt for not making a statement yesterday was quite premature.  It is clear now what happened.  They were in negotiations.  There were details yet to be worked out.  Solitz broke ...more
