Buyout?

There are no specific rumors at present, but this would seem to be an opportune time for a bigger copper company looking to extend resources.

I wonder how open mgmt would be and what perks would they be offered to agree.

This is probably a fair price.  Any acquiring company has to deal with the debt.  That adds to the market cap to make up the cost.
