"Copper futures were above $4.8 per pound in May, the highest since hitting the record-high of $5 in February 2022 as strong demand and tight supply continued to raise concerns of shortages. Easy there with your exuberance in our trio, whom we already explained the makeup thereof to answer your prior question, getting out too early JC. If you actually read the entire post, we clearly stated we are tapering our way out. Which means, we sold 20k shares last Friday, 25k shares yesterday and another 30k shares today. Not the least bit upset that our first 45k shares sold .12 cents lower ...more

Again.  You are guessing and so am I.  I don't have a crystal ball.  I am just looking at fundamentals and you are looking at overall market.  You might be right.  My problem is that when I try to time the market, I get bit.  So for me, simple investing, like Buffet.  Buy solid companies and don't sweat the ups and downs.   I like the back and ...more

Joe.  I did read the entire post and I know you are tapering out.  That's fine.  My problem with tapering out is that I have to put the money somewhere. You have to view cash as an investment in its own right and with inflation it only declines.  You and I are on the same page about Biden.  China is going after Taiwan.  Maybe this summer.  We might end up ...more
