Looks like a BIG move could be comming up in the next

couple of weeks. Looking really good for being at 2 dollars or higher by year end or even wayyyy before. Us SMART shareholders will have fantastic returns on this one. Will be interesting who Justin brings on as our partner and I am sure that TLG doen't want to be the operator, we will probably retain a minority interest and that would suit me perfectly.

$2.00 or higher by year end or even way before? Unless you're expecting a share consolidation (reverse split), you're living in a fantasy world IMO.   A JV partner is a negative in my view. It signals to me that the company can't find a suitor to take them out at a decent purchase price per diluted share and can't (or don't want to) fund the whole project themselves ...more

Not  a good comparison....OSK will cost a fortune, has no permits, no infrastructure, is underground etc....Will be relatively easy to finance TLG by comparison.

So do you think TLG will fully fund the project themselves, or will they sign a deal with a JV partner? I suspect CAPEX between $700M and $1B. If the FS looks great, they commit to funding the project themselves, and are in the home stretch re. getting all the permitting, financing, and contractor hiring done, I think this could start to really move. Even a well-managed project like Blackwater ...more

I don't think the capex will be anywhere near that high and that they'll self fund with a copper/gold stream much like Skeena is contemplating.  Either that or they get bought out shortly after the FS is out.
