Mnchen (even though the leading partycoaltion CSU does not want to legalize)

The others:

Bremen

Hannover

Bonn

Darmstadt

Wiesbaden

Tbingen

Leipzig

Schwerin

Berlin, Hamburg, Kln, Dortmund, Dsseldorf and Stuttgart are waiting to see what the legal requirements will entail.

Nrnberg, Freiburg, Aachen, Essen en Eisenach formally said they do not wish to partake.
