RE: RE: TMM vs AVR

RE: RE: TMM vs AVRThe problem is AVR has a large and increasing cash flow due to their gold production. So why exactly are they issuing new shares? And why so many?  HUGE dilution taking place this year - and at a  low stock price. Their explanation - drilling and general corporate expenses - doesn't make sense. Their gold profits should easily take care of that.  And who's to say there won't be more large share print runs next year as well?  Maybe they're trying to raise money before the mine gets seized by the government? Who knows.  The management doesn't inspire confidence and that is reflected in the stock price.

If TMM were to do the same kind of nonsense I wouldn't hesitate to sell and walk away.
