Yet that's exactly what they did by their announcement, or try to do.. I'm beginning to realize IMF is a curious entity and not all what it is portrayed as.
I heard another rumor.. Greece is gonna be bailed out by.... the USA! The US banks got a lot at stake in world economics... Wonder how that will fly.. Strange times..
