It kills me how the states are trying to make things percieve all is well,now thier with-holding 10 billion that was suppose to pay thier unemployed(400,000) workers,,2000 construction workers not getting paid for work done,,and projects just coming to complete halts,,they need to borrow or just print money to pay thier layed off ,,They just keep on printing....
