Keep in mind though that this is not necessarily the only takeover that TMM is looking at but they're certainly not going to get involved in something that might go hostile again.
The TSE listing could happen at any time although I'm disappointed management dropped the ball on this. They've shown a clear lack of enthusiasm for this over the last year and on their list of 30 priorities it's been #31.
