RE: tmm open letter Mar 24 here it isProblem is that the Gammon offer is the only one on the table that the CGC shareholders are being allowed to vote on. They either accept that offer or they put themselves in limbo. Given a choice between the Gammon offer and uncertainty I think the small shareholders will favor Gammon, especially since it's share price is surging at the moment.
