this is now a takeover target as prior ceo and founder would not entertain a takeover bid but new management will..... Also 185000 shares is nothing in the great scheme of things ... Tmm should be taken out in the range of 1.25 to 2 per share

WAIT.  So how many "insiders" does TMM have?  How many shares do they own?  How many shares are they selling?  Which insider would want to go to jail by selling on your much-touted "impending bad news"?  REALITY:  maybe one insider is selling, but definitely not because s/he has material facts!!!
