Comments from Scotia's mining conference earlier this week:
Apparently, the de-watering cone has been installed and water is under control since Nov.4.
The "spider head" ore distribution system will be done soon.
These process improvements will yield better recoveries in Q1 but will not help Q4.
Semi-encouraging news, IMHO.

Seems to be not much sense of urgency in fixing this problem? Any news on a new CEO to replace the one who is "retiring"? Maybe someone a bit more technical would be a better choice?
