Another prediction

To the extent that TMAC processes 1,800tpd having 10gpt and recovering 84% for 89 of the 92 days in the quarter, the yield will be 41,856 ounces. That is my prediction. Sherm

Would you be satified with that result?
Comment by Wineaux on Oct 03, 2019 1:43pm
Sherm, they closed off Q2 with 21 straight days of production in EXCESS of 2,000tpd. 84% was the recovery rate in Q1 before they had all gravity concentrators running and both surge bins. The feed grade in Q2 was 9.5gpt as they kept it low on purpose. Therefore, I believe that processing should be close to 2,000tpd, feed grade will be higher than Q1 or Q2 and recoveries will be higher than 84%. My ...more

Would you be satisfied with that result?

Yes I would be satisfied with that as a significant step in the right direction. I predict 37-39k oz at 80-84% recovery. My rationale: 1) if they had >40k oz production it would be a record quarter and we would know by now. 2) if they had >84% recovery it would be record recovery for a quarter and we would know by now. Share price has been languishing so one should expect any postive news to be released as early as possible.   Throughput for Q3 may have been ...more

We're going to have rename you DoreBear on this one. :-) I hope they are trying to be an ethical public company and not leaking news into the market. I know that sounds naive. Note that they just sold shares @ C$6 to Maverix and RCF bought a bit more so their position wouldn't be diluted. This is a positive sign from insiders.  Last night I revisited James' most recent ...more

I would love to be wrong. The $6/share Maverix/RCF accounts for a negligible percentage overall, a ruse in my opinion that TMR baked into the lastest bail out deal. My prediction is that we won't know the detials of Q3 results for at least another month. Why? If it was good news (e.g. a record quarter in any regard) they would have announced a date for Q3 release and conference call. There is ...more
