Unfortunately folks, the long term benefits

resulting from the enhancements will not likely accrue to the benefit of the public shareholders. Yep, some may trickle down but, the majority will be enjoyed by the acquirer. I suspect that a whole host of folks have done their DD and the "site visitation" was cover. Further, I suspect that there was a unanimous chorus of "yeah, looks good, we're definitely interested if you can provide clear and definitive proof that [fill in the blank] and you should call us when the results support your assertions". Well, I suspect that the good folks at TMAC have been moving to provide the assurance required by the prospective purchaser(s). Soon the results of the PFS, tweaks and drilling will be known providing some type of valuation. If I were an acquirer, I would present myself now with a "good" offer but not "great" offer hoping that the long awaiting and serially disappointed shareholders grasp at the offer and move on to greener pastures. Yep, the highest prospects and value may never come to light. Heck, if they can close before Q4 is completed, the results will likely never be known. Oh wait this is out of character. Sherm. Optimist and Cheerleader. Rah! Rah! Rah!

Sherm: What makes you think this thing will be sold anytime soon? They haven't solved the big problem (recovery). So who would take the risk at this point? There is too much downside risk for a purchasor (exception is Newmont)... although I expect them to wait too. I'm not aware of anyone poking around. And a site visit with investment houses present is not when a miner would come take a ...more
