Shareholders still have to vote ?!
Correct me if I'm wrong but all the stuff thats going on with Torc, that is

-will start paying a dividend
-asset purchase in Sask.
-5:1 stock consolidation
-deal with CPP

As I understand it, all of those have to be voted on by shareholders, on sep. 09/2013 I believe, if that vote goes south, wouldn't the stock take a huge dive ?
