TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

there is NO such thing as an overnight success

there is NO such thing as an overnight successsure there's going to be some draw back... plenty of people get burned on consolidations...a little gun shyness is to be expected WHEN they are done for survival... TOG's consolidation was done to elevate it to the BIG board... and to get caught in the sights of institutional holders...and they have lots of BIG money interests... some of which ARE managment and directors... it's only natural that a sizeable block of shares gets shaken loose in the aftermath of a transaction such as what recently transpired...  some people are just not happy holding a stock with sauch high value... some folks are interested in trading... and some prefer volatility in their portfolio...and certainly the specualtiojn will be raised that with the consolidation TOG NOW has room for new equity offerings... DOES that mean devaluation? there arer LOTS of companies that have grown via equity offers... IF those offers are to keep the lights on... then absolutely... one should look at getting out of Dodge... BUT the current environment in the WCSB is such that there are and will be some substantial assets hitting the streets at a considerable discount to say... 3-4 years ago... IF a managment group identifies those assets? should they be punished for being opportunists by going to the market for cash? or would you prefer they max out the credit card?  OR would you have them stand pat and allow such opportunities to fall into the hands of another company? TOG Managment does not do things ad hoc... there is always long term thoght in their actions... be a part of it... or part with it...

Do your DD...it's my opinion.. get your own.
