TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

RE:RE:RE:TOG - Current Analyst Recommendations
ALL Drip's cause dilution... in a positve direction (just my opinion)... given that a Drip program generally attracts long term investors... and I think it goes without saying that an O&G Exploration and production company's mandate is to grow production, organically OR by being acquisitive in a market where it is easier to BUY production than drill for it... that being said... recent articles in the Finacial Post has indicated that there is currently about 200K BOE/d of assets on the market in the WCSB... of course NOT all land is created equal and a good portion of these assets are undoubtedly "dry" gas... however analysts are also predicting that 2013 could be the bottom for gas prices... BUT as any investor knows it is difficult to catch a falling knife a mm above the floor... so what I am saying??? I might expect TOG to hit the equity well IF they identify a quality asset...

and on a final note it bears repeating that participating in the Drip also provides a 5% (?) discount to the share price on all shares acquired thru the drip... so.. if the share price is $8.50 a drip participant gets their shares for about 45 cents less than the open market at least that's the way I read it.. correct me anyone IF I am wrong

as always... opinons are my own.. do as you choose but do your DD...
