A little help please

I have 2000 shares of tps leftover in my account from years gone by does anyone know if this is a viable business and does it need a share compression before the shares are able to go up

The company seems to be doing alright. Has made a deal to pay off there debt and have operating capital.Personaly I think they are going to do fine. Most share prises are taking a hard hit this summer but I'm sure there will be a turn around come September or October.
